Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping is a flat AED 25 per order. Orders of AED 300 or more ship free.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

WWK is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

WWK is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to select countries outside the UAE. Shipping charges and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. WWK is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.
